What size shirt should I order?
To find your perfect fit, take one of your favorite, best fitting t shirts and lay it out flat. Measure 1″ below arm hole for Chest then measure from the highest point of the shoulder to bottom for Body Length. Compare the measurements with the sizing chart in the description of the shirt you want to order. If you measurements fall between sizes, size up. If you have any additional questions regarding sizing, contact us before you place your order and we would be happy to help.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time varies depending upon the type of order you place. For personalized website orders you can expect processing time to take between 3-5 business days. For fundraisers and other custom orders we process orders approximately 2 weeks from the time order and payment is received. Please keep in mind that this does not include shipping time. If you need your order by a certain date please contact us before your place your order to make sure we are able to accommodate your request.
Do you have any coupon codes?
We love to give discounts to our fabulous customers! We periodically offer discounts and coupon codes to our VIPs and through Facebook. Do you do custom designs?
Of course! We have several different options for custom designs. Our Create A Design section is perfect for designs that just need custom wording. We also offer Complete Custom Designs where we will work closely with you to bring your design or logo creation to life and make them sparkle. AND all our items offer the option to add a personalized name and/or number to the back of your shirt designs.To get started please visit our Custom Design page for all the details.
Why am I getting an error when I try to place my order.
First, check to make sure you have filled out all of your information correctly including your name, address and payment info. If you get the error “The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number.” this is an error returned by PayPal. There can be several reasons for this error: – the card you’re trying to use is linked to another PayPal account – the card is linked to Paypal account which is closed or hasn’t been verified/confirmed yet – PayPal has a card limit, so this limit may have exceeded – Problems with cookies. Please try clearing cookies and make one more attempt. If you are still having problems, contact us and we will see if we can track down the problem.
Can I change my order?
We would be happy to make basic changes to your order if you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order with your name, order number and what you would like changed. Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to your order but can change things such as sizing or color.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if you act quickly! Email info@sparklingspiritwear.com within 2 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to cancel it for you. All we need is your name and the order number. Unfortunately, if it has been longer than 2 hours we are unable to cancel.
How is my order shipped?
The majority of our orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Depending upon which shipping option you selected at checkout your item will be shipped USPS priority mail (2-3 business days) or USPS First Class mail (2-5 business days).
When can I expect to receive my order?
You can expect to receive your order within 7 to 10 business days. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation within that time frame, please email us so we can look into it. If you have received a shipping notification with tracking number, please visit USPS.com to track your order.
Can I return my order?
All our items are 100% guaranteed against defect or errors that occur on our end. Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of our products we cannot accept returns due to sizing or other issues. Please be sure to check the sizing charts and if you have any questions contact us before placing your order.
I received a faulty item, what should I do?
With our professional application, it doesn’t happen very often but if it does you can rest assured we will make it right. All you need to do is contact us with pictures of the defect along with your order number. If we determine that the problem is indeed a manufacturer defect we will ship a new one out to you right away.
Will my rhinestones or other decoration fall off or lift?
Our professional application process creates a permanent bond so your decoration should last the life of the garment. If you ever experience any problem with your design please contact us immediately for a replacement.
